It’s a good product overall, but I experienced two minor issues.

First, the mesh basket was folded during shipping and doesn’t fully unfold into a proper rectangular shape, which reduces its capacity to hold balls.

Second, the pickup mechanism isn’t always consistent. Occasionally, I need to press the basket on a ball more than once before it successfully picks it up.

This product is just the greatest, I really like it. I’m training on a high pace and there are a lot of ways to control it just the way you want too.

Great robot for individual training at home.

Have had the unit for 6 months now and it works great. Very enjoyable to use and my wife is loving it to. Use it 2-3 x week with no problems. I have programmed my own drills as I have struggled with top spin serves and returns and the Pongbot has helped me significantly. I use the iPhone app and not the pad it comes with as I find it just easier to use the app on my iphone. Company seems great to work with. Highly recommend the Omni S Pro.

After 1st week and 5hrs of testing I am very happy with this purchase but already see the limitations which are solved by Omni Pro model... so considering if I should upgrade now or later... :)

Omni S is good robot. i would give a five start but was let down with ball picker DIDN'T arrive.

Great product. I’m very satisfied with it overall. The only limitation I found is that the maximum backspin setting (Level 7) is still easier to loop than the heavy backspin I typically encounter when playing against competitive opponents.

Excellent product with so many possible combinations !

I wanted this robot to be able to do things that my more expensive rear position robot had difficulty replicating "normal" shots.
I am pleasantly surprised that the Nova S Pro is very versatile and can be placed in different positions at various settings that not only fill the gaps but also do better than my other robot.
Not perfect because the head cannot pivot vertically in a set drill whereas it can horizontally.
That aside, it is a great little tool for a very good price.

great to train with

A sturdy robot for the price. It has a selection of drills to suit most players. It’s best to use the app, rather than the remote control, as the text on remote is very small. The bag is excellent quality and is ideal for storage. Overall, a great addition to our club and enjoyed by our members.

Finally a mobile robot with programs that allow you to train effectively in order to be more precise, faster, to obtain better ease. The external battery is an excellent means of mobility and the whole thing can be carried in the case. It makes my old robots obsolete (near for resale) and I am delighted with it. Congratulations to the designers.

I’m very satisfied with the excellent value for the price.
Here are some improvements I hope to see in future updates:
1. Allow users to create custom drills offline. (It’s very disappointing that they can only be created online.)
2. Allow users to reorder custom drills.
3. Allow custom drills to be grouped. (For example, allow them to be saved in a folder hierarchy.)
4. (I realize this may be technically difficult), but allow the height to be adjusted for each ball.
5. Allow users to create programs, such as one where the first ball is always a middle serve and the second ball is served randomly as either a forehand or backhand.
6. Regarding random serves, allow users to specify two points and have the ball served randomly within a width defined by those two points.

Been using it for a week. It's been good. Regret not getting the ball collector rod.

I just wanted to first comment the amazing team of customer's support behind pongbot. Super quick, efficient and real professionals. I am suprised by the way they responded to my inquiries. The Nova S pro is unique! You can plug and play easily. The only comment i would say is to have more information on abriviations used BUT it is a superb machine!. Not a single faulty situation at least for the time being. It is well built, low noise, very precise. Extremely happy to reccomend it.

EVerything I'd hoped For

The machine itself is OK, but the controller needs to be fine tuned to sync with what are written in the brochure.
