If the issue is caused by a technical fault and reported within 30 days of purchase, we can arrange a free return for refund or replacement — and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If the customer simply wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., doesn’t like it), they can still request a return and refund within 30 days, but the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.For both cases:
- Returns from the U.S. and Europe will be sent to our local service warehouses (in the U.S. and Germany).
- Returns from other regions need to be shipped back to China.

What’s the difference between the Omni S Pro and the Halo S Pro?
The main difference lies in their installation style and flexibility of placement:
- OMNI S PRO is a clip-on model, which means it is mounted directly on the table.
- HALO S PRO is a standing model, which is placed on the floor and can be positioned in different locations around the table.
In addition, the HALO S PRO includes over 100 more built-in drills than the OMNI S PRO, giving players a wider variety of training options.
What kind of balls are suitable for use with the robot?
You can use standard 40+ balls — there are no specific brand or material requirements.
Any regular training or competition balls of the correct 40+ size will work well with the machine.
