Thank you for shopping with PONGBOT. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

  • Faulty or defective items: Returns are free of charge, and we will cover all shipping costs.
  • Other returns: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping fees may apply.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in new condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

We offer free returns and exchanges within this timeframe. Return processing time is typically 10 business days, and refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email our customer service team at service@pongbotsports.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack your item with the return form we provide.
  3. Ship it back to the return address we provide—either a local warehouse (if available) or our central warehouse in China:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange.

  • Processing time: 10–15 business days from receipt
  • Refund time: Up to 7 business days after approval
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us right away to arrange a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photos to support your claim.
