In Custom Drill mode, you can precisely adjust such as ball spin type, speed, spin, depth, frequency, etc. Every parameter offers fine-grained adjustments, allowing you to recreate a wide variety of shots with different speeds, spins, and landing points.

When paired with Spotter, Aura unlocks intelligent training modes that provide a more realistic match-like experience, including:

Recovery Trigger – Controls ball feeding based on your recovery position, helping develop realistic movement and recovery habits.

Match Challenge – A match simulation mode that adapts to your skill level and recreates realistic rally patterns and game rhythms for a competitive training experience.

By default, Aura allows you to activate one sport of your choice—Tennis, Pickleball, or Padel—at no additional cost. If you'd like to add more sports later, simply purchase the corresponding Sport Unlock Card from our official online store and activate it in the Aura App by scanning the QR code or entering the card number and password.

- Do not mix different ball types (such as tennis and pickleballs) in the hopper.

Yes. The Aura App automatically records every training session. You can review your daily training history and view monthly insights, including training distribution and intensity trends.

When used with Aura + Spotter, you can view shot landing points throughout your training session. When Spotter is used independently, it provides landing analysis for both players during matches, helping you review rally patterns and performance after play.

AI Coach (Requires Spotter): AI Coach uses Spotter's visual module to analyze your performance during training, identify potential improvements in your technique and performance, and provide personalized voice coaching throughout future sessions to help you improve continuously.

PONG AI (No Spotter Required): PONG AI is an AI-powered multi-sport training assistant that recommends training sessions based on your needs. It also supports voice control through Apple Watch for a hands-free training experience.

Spotter supports two installation methods:
- Mounted on top of Aura for everyday personal training.
- Mounted beside the net for match analysis and livestreaming, and other court-side applications.

When positioned beside the net, Spotter requires the Spotter Base, which provides power and stable mounting.

All device controls can be handled through the Aura App. No additional electronic devices are required.

Yes. Voice guidance is played through your smartphone. You can connect Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers to your phone to receive coaching instructions, allowing you to hear AI feedback without disturbing players on nearby courts.

Court Compatibility
Aura is designed for use on flat, standard tennis, pickleball, and padel courts, including hard courts, acrylic courts, concrete courts, clay courts, and grass courts, etc. It also offers landing point fine-tuning in multiple training modes, allowing you to adjust ball placement based on differences in court bounce and playing conditions.

Water Resistance
Key internal components offer basic water resistance. However, we do not recommend using Aura in rainy conditions or with wet balls, as wet balls may slip and reduce feeding accuracy.

Operating Temperature
Recommended operating temperature: 5°C–45°C (41°F–113°F).
Performance may be affected outside this range.

In normal situations, we recommend stopping the machine through the Aura App.

If immediate intervention is required, simply press the power button on the machine to stop operation immediately.
