Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5 business days.
Delivery Timeframes:
We ship to most countries and regions around the world. Thanks to our fulfillment centers in the US, UK, EU, and AU, we’re able to offer fast and free shipping to these regions.
- USA, UK, EU, Australia: 3–7 business days
- Other regions with local warehouse: up to 14 business days
- Orders shipped from China (when the local warehouse is out of stock): 2–3 weeks
If you prefer not to receive your order from China, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange shipping from your local warehouse once stock becomes available.
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
In some cases, a third-party logistics provider may fulfill the shipment from one of our warehouses.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., Canada, Europe, the U.K., or Australia, simply add your desired products to the cart and select your delivery country or region on the checkout page. You’ll instantly see whether shipping is available to your location, along with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
Customs clearance and any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these fees and encourage you to check with your local customs office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason (e.g., local warehouse out of stock, shipping disruptions), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.
