Great robot corresponds to my expectations I recommend it because simple application and easy adjustment

It’s a good product overall, but I experienced two minor issues.

First, the mesh basket was folded during shipping and doesn’t fully unfold into a proper rectangular shape, which reduces its capacity to hold balls.

Second, the pickup mechanism isn’t always consistent. Occasionally, I need to press the basket on a ball more than once before it successfully picks it up.

This product is just the greatest, I really like it. I’m training on a high pace and there are a lot of ways to control it just the way you want too.

My first robot and it did not disapoint. Very easy to set up, convinient app interface.

Great robot for individual training at home.

Have had the unit for 6 months now and it works great. Very enjoyable to use and my wife is loving it to. Use it 2-3 x week with no problems. I have programmed my own drills as I have struggled with top spin serves and returns and the Pongbot has helped me significantly. I use the iPhone app and not the pad it comes with as I find it just easier to use the app on my iphone. Company seems great to work with. Highly recommend the Omni S Pro.

This machine is absolutely amazing! 🔥

I originally wanted to go for the Omni S Pro, which comes with a tablet and a few more drills, but you do pay a little extra for those features. After using the Omni S Plus, though, I have absolutely no regrets about choosing this one. It does pretty much everything I need through the phone app.

I also have the Siboasi P6, which is more expensive than the Pongbot, but honestly, this machine has impressed me a lot. You can adjust the height up and down, move the ball placement to different corners or the centre, and customise your drills with no problem.

The best thing for me is the consistency — I’d say it’s around 90% consistent, which is really impressive for a training robot.

I also have the Nova S Pro, which is another excellent machine, but the Omni S Plus has really surprised me with how capable and versatile it is.

If you’re thinking about buying a Pongbot, I’d definitely recommend it. You can trust Pongbot with your eyes closed. 👌🔥

Great robot machine

Everything works very well; it allows me to program a series of balls with great accuracy. Training with the Omni S Plus will be useful for improving my game—and fun, too.

Great value, ideal for training improving shots and consistency. Worked straight out of the box easy to pair with phone and use preset drills. Delivery quick all great.

I’ve been training with it for over a week now and it is marvellous, I would say it is the best robot for the price that it has and the fact that you can customise speed, spin, placement and angle so easily just makes it phenomenal.

Robot parfait, très facile à emporter et mettre en place, avec l'application sur mon téléphone j'ai des programmes d'entraînement précis et simples à mettre en place. J'ai pris le pack avec la batterie, très pratique pour la mise en place rapide. Le sac pongbot est aussi très bien pour le transport.
Je recommande ce robot à 100%.

The pong bot itself works great, some hick-ups with the app. It freezes on load with (no connection error message), requires restarts a couple of time.

Decent build quality. Smart design how to attach it to the table.

Battery arrived fast, everything works great, I can bring my Nova S pro to the club to play! One thing I hope the battery have a power indicator so I know how long the will last. Great product!

Great robot for training

Pretty good robot. Works well. Extremely easy configuration of new drills. Prediction of the ball trajectory in the app is not excellent but still delivers good value added. Trajectory is a bit shorter than its visualization. Rollers got dirty just at the beginng of use and marked the balls with dark spots. It is difficult to clean the rollers from this dirt, however it is pretty easy to disasemble them. Perhaps the situation with dirty rollers is caused by the brand new balls used and they had white dust on them. Still this is just visual but not technical issue.

We are very satisfied either way the Pongbot. Easy to set up, many programs to choose from and a very nice app. It works really well!

As a beginner using the PongBot, I am focusing on practicing each individual shot. I'm following Bruce Lee’s famous philosophy: 'I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.'The bot is an excellent, high-quality product, and the customer service has been great. However, my accessories arrived in three separate shipments, and the ball picker was missing. It looks like it was refunded, but I would still really like to purchase it, as it would greatly help with the repetitive task of collecting balls.
