Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping to the following regions:

How does the product warranty work?

All PONGBOT products come with a standard warranty.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If the issue is caused by a technical fault and reported within 30 days of purchase, we can arrange a free return for refund or replacement — and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer simply wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., doesn’t like it), they can still request a return and refund within 30 days, but the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.For both cases:

  • Returns from the U.S. and Europe will be sent to our local service warehouses (in the U.S. and Germany).
  • Returns from other regions need to be shipped back to China.

How does the repair service work?

Our professional technicians will assess the issue and determine the best solution:

If the problem is caused by a damaged part, we’ll arrange a replacement part.

  • Within the warranty period: the replacement is free of charge.
  • After the warranty period: the customer may purchase the replacement part separately.

All parts are easy to replace, and we provide detailed online instructions to guide customers step by step.

If a customer cannot replace the part themselves, our support team will help find the best alternative solution to ensure the problem is resolved smoothly.

Currently, we have repair centers in California (USA) and Germany (EU).As our business continues to grow, we plan to set up more service centers in other countries and regions in the near future.

How long does shipping take?

For customers in the United States and European Union, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order is placed.

For customers in other countries or regions, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

What’s the difference between the domestic version and the overseas version?

The main difference lies in the app and language system:

  • The domestic version supports Chinese only.
  • The overseas version supports English only.

Each version is designed for its respective market to ensure the best user experience.

What kind of balls are suitable for use with the robot?

You can use standard 40+ balls — there are no specific brand or material requirements.

Any regular training or competition balls of the correct 40+ size will work well with the machine.
