What is the difference between Deposit and Non-Deposit prices?

Deposit VIP Price: Place a fully refundable $20 deposit to unlock the exclusive VIP price starting at $469 for PongBot Aura. After the Kickstarter campaign ends, you'll receive your $20 deposit back plus a $30 VIP discount — $50 total refunded, automatically applied to your order.

Non-Deposit Price: Without a deposit, the standard Super Early Bird price on Kickstarter starts at $499.

When will my deposit and VIP discount be refunded?

Your $20 deposit and $30 VIP discount will be refunded within approximately 14 days after the Kickstarter campaign concludes. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Does the $469 VIP price only apply to a specific PongBot Aura bundle?

No. $469 is PongBot Aura's starting VIP price. Every bundle and add-on available on Kickstarter is eligible for the VIP deposit benefit — whichever bundle you choose, the $20 deposit + $30 VIP discount will always be applied.

If I cancel my VIP status, will I lose VIP pricing?

Yes. Once your VIP status is cancelled — at any point before or after the Kickstarter campaign — the VIP pricing will no longer apply. This policy is final and at the sole discretion of PongBot.

How will my VIP status be verified when I back on Kickstarter?

To ensure your refund goes smoothly, we cross-verify that the email on your Kickstarter pledge matches the one used to place your deposit. Please use the same email address for both — this is how we confirm your eligibility for the $50 cashback.
